Brain researchers are saying that there are no limits as to what we can put into our minds. No limits! Infinite.

However, remembering is the problem area.

Memory is based on connections, associations in the neural network of hundreds of billions of brain cells, and immeasurable numbers of interconnections, all the time.  The brain never sleeps.

The mind is a filing system and sometimes we forget where we put it.  Or it takes a while to locate.  Or sometimes delayed recall occurs.

Invest in a good ‘How to Remember’ book.  There are many easy, useful and fun ways to improve memory.
